This lovely "Painted Lady"
with a past is dressed in antiques, collectibles, and American
Reproduction furnishings throughout - her rich oak millwork
dates to New Haven's glory days and historic era of the Tall
Ships. Our "Lady" invites her guests to settle into
her "Library~Parlour" for cozy conversation or just
a quiet read beside one of her two original fireplaces. Here
you'll find afternoon tea, seasonal beverages and sweets.
Before venturing out for an evening on the town, enjoy a bit
of cheese and biscuits with Chef's selection of Inn wine.
Returning later that evening, perhaps a touch of Sherry or
Port … all compliments of the "Lady". If you
desire something a bit stronger, the "Lady" offers
her guests a selection from the Inn's Honor Bar.
