It's beautiful looking out at the dripping green hemlock bowers and the lower field while you're warm and relaxed!  Secluded and quiet, Riders' Rest offers an opportunity to unwind, get away, and become close to each other—and nature. Our woodland trails offer a natural setting where wildlife abounds.

The pond is spring-fed, stocked with bass and perch, and is home to a variety of toads, frogs, turtles, a visiting heron, and a mallard or two. When it freezes over the pond becomes a wonderful skating rink. Bring your ice skates!
